David was great. Fixed my treadmill and explained everything. He was also super nice
Great technician. Friendly and efficient. One star given not due to technician but the fact Sears cancelled nine times to service my unit. We spent personal time from work to take off for the service. I don’t recommend Sears at all. The technician should start his own company. Great guy
