Repair technician was great, 5 stars for him. The Sears Protect automated phone system a completely different story. There are not enough words to explain how completely frustrated I am with that. I have complained numerous times without a single call from anyone to apologize, to show empathy or even to prove me wrong. Therefore, for customer service I must rate 1 star. I would say 0 if I could.
