The technician was very friendly and was able to fix the issue within minutes.
My Whirlpool oven virtually stopped heating with temperatures nowhere near the selected settings. Perhaps not surprising since the range was over 20 years old. Scheduled a service call with Sears Appliance online. From that time on Sears maintained contact via texts, even offering an app't a day sooner than I had scheduled.
