Jesse did a very thorough job carefully checking through all the diagnostics to figure out what was going on with our 3 year old GE fridge. He did a great job explaining everything. Unfortunately the cost to replace the circuit control board and some other parts was too high, so we have decided to purchase a new one.
The service person came to my home for a washing machine problem. The washing machine would not drain and there are some items locked in the machine. The service person played with the buttons a bit and told me it needed a new pump and provided me a quote. The service person didn’t so much as take tool out of the box to make the diagnosis. I declined the service because absolutely no diagnostics was done.
