Jeffrey came out very early 12/23 or 24. I was not given opportunities for my preference of service call time. I’m not sure he had the technical skills to diagnose my washing machine problem (repeating rinse and spin cycle and not finishing a load of laundry). Basically He told me it was my problem because I was putting too much clothes in a load and I should do smaller loads, so it could balance.
