Professional and Friendly. Was able to diagnose and submit issue for repair. Communicated ETA, was able to show up at exact time.
Service was great but as it turns out the problem still exists. It is not making ice
Service rep explained everything I need to know on how to maintain my washer and the do’s and don’ts to prevent issues in the future. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Sears to my friends and family.
