Duane was very thorough in his assessment of our drier. The job was going to cost over $1000 so we decided to purchase a new unit.

We could both have saved time if the repair guy had just called to ask what the problem was, then he could have told us that 98% of the time it was a plugged vent and to have a vent cleaning service come out.
I had service for a leak on my dishwasher. I was informed from them that it is the gasket and that the hose underneath is split open. He replaced both parts at over $600 and now my dishwasher leaks (fills up with water when dishwasher off) more and we can not see any damage to that hose they replaced.
