Jake was awesome, he was proffesional and knowledgeable and fixed my 19 year old dryer. The only downside was the price for the part. If I hadn't needed my dryer that day, I could have bought the same part for half the price.
Jake was professional, timely and knowledgeable. We enjoyed having him in our Laundry room! Was careful with our washer and the floors, we appreciated that!
