Once he arrived, Jacob did an excellent job and that's the reason for the top rating. However, he did not arrive until 6:30 pm to a confirmed 1:00 to 500 pm confirmed appointment. In this case it wasn't a big problem, but if I had an another engagement it would have been a real problem. I received no update on the progress of the workman's schedule. Jake was a wonderful technician! Truly took the time to diagnose and figure out why multiple prior service reps couldn’t get it right. His communication and follow through were exceptional! Very personable and I would highly recommend him!
