John was knowledgeable and was able to give us good advice on what type of dryer would be best for someone that required clean air circulating in the house.
I do not recommend sears at all. They are thieves hiding behind AI. I scheduled an appointment to have the technician come make a dryer repair. The Trchnician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken belt and suggested replacing the idler arm. I was given a price for the repair with replacement parts of $652. This had to be paid in full before they could schedule the repair. I listened to the whole pitch of a warranty for $60 a month that would cover all my kitchen appliances but denied the warranty.
