Jeff was a knowledgeable and very pleasant tech. He quickly diagnosed and replaced the defective part, enabling me to avoid the common 30-day wait for replacement part and subsequent second service call.
The technician who came to repair my Maytag side by side refrigerator was excellent. He arrived at the time promised. He was very neat He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Then told me when he could would be back to install them. Returned as promised And extremely focused on getting the parts properly installed. He explained what he was doing. He was polite, respectful and thanked me for my business.
