Sears technicians are wonderful BUT the Sears Warranty offering is the WORST! I pay $59.00 per month for insurance on all my appliances and they still charge an outrageous sum to service any of my appliances. AVIOD buying the warranty insurance at all costs. Plus, they make it very difficult to cancel. A HUGE rip-off through and through.
Great service and prompt.
I was pleased and thankful for the HVAC service we received from Ray. I had to wait more then a week for the appointment which was stressful but the technician was great.
