This company came out to diagnose a issue with my furnace fan motor being really loud for Choice Home warranty. The technician was in my house for less than 5 mins. Today I get a email from choice home warranty and they declined my warranty because the technician said he did a thorough evaluation of my furnace and said that my furnace was dirty. Christopher was very knowledgeable and friendly. He knew exactly was wrong.
Technician was great. Very professional friendly. All the things before he got here were terrible and disheartening. Customer service bad. Scheduling bad. Waited 5 weeks for a repair that took less than 2 hrs. After having the exact same problem 5 years prior on a 4 year old refrigerator at that time.(compressor) LG should have done better.
