When the repair technician came out to work on the dryer in the garage he unplugged our deep freezer and never plugged it back in. All of our meats and frozen foods we have in there thawed out and went bad. Well over $1500 worth of food!! The freezer was not plugged into any outlet that needed repair or testing.

We were very impressed with our technician Robert. He's very professional, friendly and a good problem solver. Please extend our thanks to him.
