The technician who came first, said the fridge was covered under warrantee with compressor covered, he’ll check if labor is covered. The 2nd one who came to install the compressor, had no compressor to install and said the 1st guy was an idiot. We paid the diagnostic fee and that was that. I won’t be call sears again for this service.
Alessandro was very professional, courteous, and neat. He was very concerned about making sure the unit was fixed.
