Very knowledgeable. Fixed dishwasher quickly. Very professional and used protective padding on wood floors.

Technician was very professional and fixed the problem. The initial appt was for 10/23 with a window of arrival between 8-12. Technician came within the time frame and called when on his way. A part had to be ordered so the repair was scheduled for the next day at the same time window. My only complaint was that unfortunately technician did not come until 4:45 and there were no updates on when he was coming.
Rob was excellent. Knowledgeable after all the people that came here to fix the dishwasher, he knew right away what it was came on time pleasant and we’re repaired can’t say enough about him Five
