I was disappointed with the service I received. The spin cycle of my washing machine wasn’t working. The repairman turned on the wash cycle letting water run in, opened up the front of the machine, looked around and said I needed a new motor. I told him every other cycle works except for the spin cycle. He pulled of the the knob that selects the cycles and said that the part is broken and the part is no longer available. Unbelievable. The tech charged over $500 for the part and once he arrived, he didn't even fix our fridge door and immediately left without noticing me. Once I got out of my meeting, I noticed the freezer door was not fixed. He left no number or info on how to contact him if there were issues. Sears Home also is "AI only" now so I can't even contact a real human being. This whole service is a SCAM....calling my bank to get a full refund as there's no way to get a refund online.
This is absolutely the worst company EVER. Taken four days off from work and repair guy never shows up. Plus the company is run by bots or a call center in India which is completely unable to do anything. STAY AWAY. Wouldn't give one star if I didn't have to.
