The customer service prior was good though only AI support and not an actual person. On the day of, Ricky (the technician) was very professional, efficient and detail-oriented. I was quite pleased.
First the technician went to the wrong house. Once I explained to her her error, she then asked me what was the nature of the problem she was fixing. I don’t know if that’s her fault, but why wasn’t she already informed on the nature of the repair? She figured out the problem, but she probably could’ve saved time if that info had been given to her beforehand. She was unable to fully move the fridge; so wasn’t able to get to the back which would’ve helped with the repair. I think if two ppl had been there, they could’ve moved... read more
Almost a month waiting for a part? Very nice man and do appreciate the 2 additional follow-ups.
Rudy did a great job diagnosing and providing the info about the part that needed replaced. That being said, Sears is reliable but prices are not realistic. I was able to do my one repair using the info from Rudy in about 10 minutes and $30. Sears wanted $550 which is the cost of a new appliance. The prices are not realistic
