Repair person was great. He put the new part in and the fridge (hopefully) should start to get colder. Ii was without the use of my fridge for weeks. Very inconvenient. It was set for coldest setting and Temperature would not go lower than 40 degrees. Food spoiled. The process to get my fridge repaired was not pleasant. I had multiple delays due to a part that could not be located and was not always clearly informed as to what was happening.
