This repair was scheduled through our home warranty service. Paul, the technician, did an excellent job repairing our gas pack and restoring our heat. He diagnosed the problem quickly, stayed in communication with me as he located the needed part, and returned as promised to complete the job.
Technician left a piece of the broken top inside of the washer and didn't take the box and the old part away. His demeanor was off. He tried placing the damage on me by speculating the cause. The washer is poorly constructed in my opinion.
