He shared a lot of good info and was pretty honest about the air conditioner
you can fix the problem and stop lying and stalling about the problem didnt do the job he was hired to do and sears is suppose to be the best. He spent more time in his truck on the phone than actually looking and fixing the problem. was in and out of house in less then 3 minutes but stayed in truck on phone more than 15
After having waited two weeks to have my AC serviced, I finally had two gentlemen from Sears to come out and fix the problem. Here we are two days after them “fixing” it and it has gone out again. I feel as though I’m the ONLY one operating in good faith here. This is unacceptable!!!
