Easy scheduling and I was kept up to date as to the projected arrival time of the technician. He arrived and quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher. Once he found the problem, the repair went quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with Sears once again. Thank you

I never received a phone call when he arrived or when he left. He never communicated to me about the service. Nothing was fixed and it was not communicated at all.
