The repair was not completed due to the technicians direction to not continue due to a perceived warranty issue. I did not agree.

I would give negative stars of I could!!!! Do not get the protection plan through Sears!!! I paid over $800 for a protection plan on my washer and dryer and when I called for service they couldn't find a technician in our area. So I cancelled my plan on October 2nd and have still not received my refund. I've called their customer service every week since I cancelled (3 months ago)and get the run around but still no response as to where my refund is. I will continue to call till I get what's rightfully mine!!!
