Technician was very knowledgeable, and explained our dryer very well. Was in and out in no time.
Cal was so great to have do our repair. He was careful to not make a mess, knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with the results of his work.
Bestbuy/Asurian/sears sent two techs out to work on my refrigerator. The first Best Buy guy looked at the error code and told me he wasn’t supposed to be there. The processing of my issue was done incorrectly there should have been an escalation team that I was referred to. I made the call, waited 48 fo a repair person. Next guy came out and he had the same problem. “I’m sears I don’t work on LG” I asked why Best Buy sent him. He said he doesn’t work for Best Buy he works for sears.
