He was patient, kind, clear, understanding, helpful... All the good things. He took a crappy confusing situation and helped us get clarity in next steps.
Vish was friendly and efficient. Replaced the LED interior light board on our LG Microwave. Knew exactly what he was doing and completed the warranty repair promptly.
He came in to troubleshoot and fix my furnace . His diagnosis was a dirty sensor when that was not even the problem with the furnace . He told me he cleaned the sensor and left . Things worked for 24 hours and the furnace broke again . He did not take the time to find the root problem of my furnace , hurried along and went about his day. It was really upsetting to find the furnace broken a day after someone come in to fix the problem.
