First time using Sears Home Services and all went very well. The time involved with diagnosing the cause of water leaking from my Samsung washer was well spent. Tech wasn’t able to fix the issue due to Manufacturing issue, but was very helpful and professional
Appliance not repaired because cost of replacing dryer drum rollers was too high for a part that hardware stores sell for $60. Overall service was overpriced.
