This repair call turned out to be a huge disappointment. I'll start with the good: scheduling the service and the automated notification of the technician's arrival was convenient and very easy to use. The tech actually arriving on time was truly excellent when so many service windows are ridiculously wide. Our technician (Michael) was personable and polite, and showed up exactly when the system told us to expect him. Up to that point everything was great, but downhill from there it went. Jorge did a great job- even though Sears had cancelled his appointment with us in error. He should be commended...Sears scheduling, on the otherhand-NO! We waited over a month for the repair.
Excellent repair man, explained problem and fixed it promptly.
