Ive used sears home repair twice... a few months ago they came and a wonderful person fixed my wall oven... he was amazing to work with and knew his stuff. Two weeks ago on 9/8 the same problem occurred and a didfrent younger man came... had to look up information... he didnt open up the oven like the first guy did... only stared at the screen and his phone, told me that the first guy couldn't have replaced the part that he did because the oven didnt have that part... he ordered a part and was suposed to come today to instal... read more
