The technician was extremely professional , had the problem fixed in no time . Very satisfied with the outcome .

Editing the review to reiterate that despite the reply, the number and website provided puts one in an endless loop with no way of talking with an actual customer service representative. Technician was here for 10 minutes to repair garbage compactor. Of that time, most was on the phone. He then slammed it a couple times and said the gear that was stuck is now unstuck.
