Technician and a trainee were very professional. Trainee did the assembling. Washer spin mode sounds good and spins well. I pray the hose wasn't damaged. Doesn't seem like though.
Neil was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. The part and labor would have cost over $900 so we discussed different brands of washers.
Paid 130$ to have someone come out for 30 minutes and tell me I’m better off getting a new dishwasher. I understand having to pay some kind of standard fee especially if no work is done but at that price id have been better off just googling and watching YouTube videos to come to the same conclusion. 40-60 bucks for 30 minutes of looking at a dishwasher would have been a reasonable fee, but 130 bucks for less then an hour of just looking at something is ridicules. I do not recommend.
Joseph was very skilled and professional and addressing my need with my refrigerator. I would recommend him using him as I will if I ever need him again.
