The technician, Joe, was very thorough and very nice. He cleaned and diagnosed that it wasn't serious!! Joe was earlier than expected and that worked out better us. Good service and technical expertise. Thanks!

I wouldn’t recommend using this service if you have a newer model appliance. Service technician was not at all familiar with the model refrigerator and had no idea how to diagnose the problem. Left after 10 minutes of doing nothing and still charged 138.00 for the service call. Didn’t fix anything and didn’t begin to know how! Absolutely a waste of money and had no remorse asking for payment even after admitting he had no idea how to service the appliance. This company should be ashamed to do that to a customer.
