Excellent service
I have a older washer that was not spinning at times. Dennis explained what the problem was gave me a price which was to much money to put in this older washer. Dennis did a great job was very friendly.
Never returned my call. It's al AI. No humans at all. My furnace wasn't heating up. Since it is a kenmore no other service can fix it due to their parts only at their whare house. Proprietary is what I was told. Wish I knew that when I bought it.
