Never returned my call. It's al AI. No humans at all. My furnace wasn't heating up. Since it is a kenmore no other service can fix it due to their parts only at their whare house. Proprietary is what I was told. Wish I knew that when I bought it.
Marcus was excellent! Although there were several reschedules on Sears' end, Marcus was able to repair my dishwasher in under 20 minutes. Very pleased!
Very nice man who does his job well. Liked him very much. Washer is fixed!
