It's been quite a whirlwind, actually, for over a month now. The technicians have been helpful, but things did not progress well. First, on Feb. 10th, I was told they ordered a part, and he would be back in 3 days. That never happened, since I believe, for some reason, the part was never ordered. After 3 weeks, I called, they ordered over the phone, and it came the next day. But that wasn't the problem. I then changed filters (again), and that wasn't the problem either.
