Not happy with service. Steven has been out here 5 times & replaced multiple parts for our main refrigerator & the refrigerator is still NOT cooling/freezing correctly!! I think we should be given a new refrigerator to replace the one that’s not working!
Jeffrey was very informative and tried hard to find a part to fix my appliance. He was courteous, patient, and took time to explain the problem to me.
Good service of installing a thermostat for the refrigerator in our garage. Temperature in the freezer seems to be holding the correct temperature now. Quick install. Thank you.
