Juan was a very nice man. We got the parts just 2 days after he ordered. Then Sears kept putting us off. I'd call let them know we got parts why isn't anyone coming out? They told me they were still waiting on 1 part. That wasn't right. Juan came n put the parts on he ordered n my dryer works. We were very impressed w/ Juan, not the office people
The technician was very sweet, positive, great energy. Thank you again!!!!
