Eduardo was able to quickly diagnose the problem, but only because of his many years repairing these. And he was the technician who returned to effect the repair once the part arrived. That is immensely valuable. Having the same tech who diagnosed the problem come back to fix it is worth more than you know. I hate having a different tech show up to fix the appliance than the one who diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts.
Arrived on time and fixed my washer quickly
The service technicians David and Juan were professional and courteous and finished the job in a reasonable timeframe.
Technician seemed knowledgeable. Resolved oven issue. Online Appointment Scheduler app somewhat confusing. Live customer svc inaccessible to clarify charges / if appliances covered under warranty, costs, etc.
