First tech that came made wrong diagnosis, order wrong part . 2nd tech found the correct problem great job for 2nd tech.
The service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a great job. I would definitely use Sears again if there is an issue that needs fixing.
No technican showed up and no dryer was worker on.. said he would be at my @12:17… no one showed up.. the sears indicator showed he was at my home but was not..nothing was done at my home at all today!

Robert was very personal, he was on time, and did what he said he was going to do. Unfortunately the company has not provided him with a automobile that is dependable and a phone that works in this area. That of course is not his fault he did everything he was supposed to do.
