The A&E Appliance repairman left TWO SCREWS on the floor after installing a new pump on my washer machine NOW there’s a slow leak coming from the left front! Now I can’t seem to get Sears to get someone out to fix the problem he left!
Jerome’s service was top-notch each time he’s been out here. The problem that I have had is the packaging of the product being shipped the way that it was and the shipper leaving them outside in the elements to where the cardboard came apart and damaged one of the seals that was delivered.
Steve was great gave a lot of good info for all the concerns i had .very helpful .
Service was done processionally the gentleman took his time explaining his process .
On time, quickly saw the problems and fixed it.
