Richard was very nice,very informative, good at his service.
Cody, the tech was very unprofessional and had an attitude! Next time uour having a bad day just ask to leave early or don't go to work! The Good thing that on a previous service called. I had the total opposite experience that service tech name was Richard now he's an asset to the company!
