Explained everything. Helped me find filters I need. Very kind and efficient.
Absolutely horrible to call do not call it’s an ai bot and would not let me talk to a human representative switch back to human people to talk to or don’t be a business at all especially for my older relative trying to get an appointment date
He close out the repair when it wasn't fixed
Cody is very professional and courteous. We were scheduled for a visit four times, and no one showed up on the first three dates. Cody showed up on the fourth time we were scheduled. Many thanks to him for addressing our issue.
The technician was very good at keeping me informed and very prompt. I wasn’t there when he worked but the person with him said he was very good.
