Absolutely awesome
They made my refrigerator worst. The seals they put on looks like a child put them on they are krooked and has gaps in them. The frig is leaking worst, the freezer has ice freezing up on the door and my food has ice crystal on it. The tempurature in the frig and freezer keeps fluxurating. My refrigerstor door closes to hard it feels like they removed a seal from it. The service is very poor.
Paul was amazing! He showed me exactly what was wrong, walked me through the fix and contingencies and then when my home warranty refused to fix it he gave me information so Sears could come back and fix it. It was so nice being given options other than just "Spend $8k for a whole new system." I will definitely use them again in the future!
