My 91 year old Daddy's refrigerator started leaking. Has had Sears Home Warranty plan for years. Made an appointment, no show, then we called and no service requests on his plan. They took the deductible money quick and then when we called no repairman in his area. My husband and I both worked for the real Sears and THIS IS NOT IT!¡! Go somewhere else!
John was a thorough professional and identified then resolved the issue quickly.
Kenneth was efficient and skilled. He correctly diagnosed the problem and Once the part was received, installed it efficiently. The only negative to the experience was part that required 3 orders to get one that wasn't broken resulting in a two week delay of service.
