The worst was that we were left with a freezer door and a huge box for us to dispose of. Also bad was that this was the fourth or fifth service to fix the ice maker. We had to devote an entire day each time, and one time the appointment was cancelled at the last moment. Also, too many reminders of a forthcoming visit. The good was that this technician seemed specially knowledgeable and able.
He arrived proptly and finished up within half an hour.
Very knowledgeable. With being so late would have appreciated a text message. Very satisfied with the work and service.
