He didn’t show up again
In March a sears repairman came to our home and diagnosed a valve body problem with our refrigerator. He was competent and pleasant. He left us with a part number to order and a promise to return when the part arrived. When the part showed up, we contacted Sears to schedule another visit to install the part.
