Very knowledgeable professional and polite
I haven’t met Tim yet but as a whole Sears sucks! I requested service on October 29,2025. You finally after nearly 4 months realized you couldn’t fix my dryer and sent (AHS) the report I’ve been waiting to get for months. There is a disconnect in communication somewhere but I for one don’t appreciate the whole experience.
Friendly technician , took care of the issue quickly.
