Charles was Great. Very Professional and Knowledgeable. Would have him work on any of my appliances.
Marcus, the serviceman came to service my washer. He arrived with a big friendly smile and plenty of knowledge! He was so respectful and did an exceptional job!
**Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient repairman. A couple of minor complaints but not related to his knowledge or efficiency. **Not impressed with "repair care" - many concerns/issues there, beginning with the initial appointment. **Repair was covered under my home warranty plan. Not a fan that there is a "deductible" charge to my account (even if it removed) for every visit to my related to the same issue!
