Technician came out first time and said he needed to order a part. Waited three weeks and he came back with no part and we found that he forgot to order it. He came out a third time and said it was fixed, but it isn't. After 24 hours the fridge and freezer are sitting at 65+ degrees. Someone from Electrolux said Sears would escalate and call me but I've heard nothing from them. Now, it looks like we need to wait another week for them to come out again. Over six weeks of no refrigerator. Worst repair experience I've ever had.... read more
I have had to arrange to be home 6 different days in order to have my refrigerator repaired. A 9 hour arrival window is unreasonable. The updates are not accurate and when the repair person does show up they are unapologetic to the lack of customer service. And there is no way to communicate with a live person through the portal.
The service agent was super helpful, friendly, and made great recommendations on next steps.
