First tech ordered a part not needed and same issue continued. That was $500 now the next tech said no it’s this other thing and ordered a $200 part that hasn’t arrived and repair supposed to be tomorrow with no parts. We have spent $700 and still an issue we could have just bought a new refrigerator. I feel robbed and there is no live person to help us only auto phone robot.
Very communicative and gave updates throughout the entire process. Technician was on time and within the schedule. He gave me the cost and and comparison for parts and service to allow me the opportunity to fit the repair in.
Steven showed up on time yesterday morning and after charging me $ 160.00 dollars for fixing my fridge I got up this morning to find that my fridge/freezer is still not working properly.
Steve was very polite and totally took the time to evaluate the problems with my washing machine, which are major. He explained it would require replacement, and exactly how I would be contacted. So appreciated the honesty.
Steve was able to diagnose the problem and ordered the parts. He came back when parts arrived and installed the replacement parts. Our washer works as good as new.
