Eric was very helpful and worked until he could figure out the missing/washed off numbers of the serial number on my 2010 Maytag washer. I thanked him for his diligence and perseverance in finding the information.
I called yesterday (10/22). Service was scheduled through an automated system. Someone was supposed to come by between 1 and 5 pm today (10/23). As I am typing the review, it is now 5:29 pm. No one has come, and no one has called to reschedule. I was told the cost would be $129 for a diagnostic test/call. No problem. I hope that no one else needs an appliance repaired near Lugoff, SC.
