She was very respectful, knowledgeable, and timely.
I feel I was over charged for service. The order was not accurate as servicevtech wrote as double oven top over, when the oven is double side by side. Therefore, I was charged $100.00 for an assistant that wasn't needed. The labor charge itself was way overpriced for the amount of work performed.
