Just gave a diagnostic of whst was wrong. And how much it would cost to repair. It was cheaper to purchase a new one.
Charles was very helpful. He diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator advised me to call LG because it was still under warranty.
spent 8hrs waiting for technician no way to communicatr, time kept getting changed I was the last person on the list. I told him my problem about the motor not starting 60% of the time, Like the capacitor wasnt giving enough jump. He turned on the unit it ran, he tested and said motor was fine. He said he didnt have a capacitor he had to order one and anothr appointment would be made.
