It took a couple tries to get the appointment. Tried to trouble shoot and research myself but eventually got some help. Can’t beat a friendly, experienced, professional to come in and save these things from landfills.
Jermane was exceptionally efficient, very courteous and immediately dealt with the issues
Do not use! Technician called AFTER the scheduled appointment time and said they couldn't service. Not sure why this couldn't have been communicated earlier than after waiting hours for the technician. SEARS - do not reply to this review with an apology with a number to call if you can't talk to a real person. Waste of time.
Tech was a no show twice. I was home each day. 2nd day the tech stated o was not home when I was.
