Very Bad, Rodney cancelled appointment without my knowledge or approval and mentioned that I declined service. I waited seven days to come tech but at end no show and lied..
This company is not worth the call. They were scheduled to come to my house (4/3) and did not show up for the 8-5 window they gave me . Said I wasn’t home, I clearly was and no one even came here. Then when went a request again to reschedule they gave me a date of (4/19) same 8-5 window . This is crazy and beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. I’m shocked a sears affiliated company would conduct themselves this way or have technicians that are dishonest like that. Save yourself the frustration and move to another company.
