I’ll start by saying the service techs were great. However, everything else was a disaster. We were scheduled and canceled on 4 times! Told they would arrive between 8-10 and they either didn’t show at all or finally did at 6:00 pm. Can not speak to a live person. Ai is not quality customer service. Do better!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Absolutely worst experience of my life. The ridiculous AI answering service got all my information incorrect. And it was almost impossible to reach a real person to edit my information. Once I did, they still got it wrong, and still went to the wrong house. Now that I see they updated my visit to a “no one home” I am trying to reach them again. no reply, no answer. Do not use this ridiculous company.
I’m so glad I had the extended warranty on my dryer
