Friendly and knowledgeable
Washer repair through Home Warranty. Douglas has been awesome and especially patient. We were unsuccessful at the repair, but that is to be expected sometimes when dealing with old appliances. At the end, the warranty company decided to repair it rather than continued diagnostics.
Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. He fixed the issue completely and made sure I understood what was done. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jimmy for his excellent service!
