The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Forget talking with a human being. Timeframes way off for technician arrival. Unfortunately they are the only company that takes the jobs through my home warranty. I should have learned my lesson and stopped using them after they said they couldn’t fix my microwave oven combo. They couldn’t even locate the serial number….. I had to find it in front of him. I had another company come out and they fixed it. Will never use them again.
