Great experience working with Jason, he was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Found the problem and immediately went to work. Very grateful to have him as our technician.
Drew was great. I had 4 different repairmen from Sears come to my house and he was the one who figured out that it was just that 2 wires had come unconnected and had to be connected. 2 other repairmen ordered parts that had nothing to do with my dryer not working, the 1st time the motor and the second time a heating element. Sears does not permit customers to speak to a human being so at various times in my 11 week journey to get my dryer working, I could not clarify things with anyone or ask questions.
Technician was polite and efficient. Told me everything he did and explained that keeping my older dryer was a good idea. Great service.
I give the last technician a 4 Star for knowing what to do. He did a great job. I wasn't at all happy with it taking approximately 15 days from the first appointment to completion. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone to talk to and AI will only answer certain basic questions. As soon as the parts arrive, I shouldn't have to wait another week for a roughly 30 minute job.
