Dont think technician did a good job of trying to fix the problem literally was here 2 minutes and came up with a bullshit answer
Technician did a great job!
The person who came today knew what he was doing, explained it thoroughly, went through a cycle. He was friendly and took time to be sure we knew to keep any boxes or envelopes to help identify the part number. He was able to decode everything and tested every aspect before leaving.
