An appointment was made to service our Kenmore refrigerator with a 4-hour window. The day before our appointment the window was narrowed to 2 hours. The technician called that morning to advise that he would be here in 20 minutes. He was on time and did the job very effectively and efficiently. We were very happy with the service.
I am terribly disappointed with my experience. The technician was fine but their customer service is some of the worst I have yet to deal with. The people whom I converse with tell me untruths to get me off the phone, speak to me in an uncompassionate tone, and do not respond to my requests for further contact. I am considering never ordering from Sears Appliance again just to avoid working with their Sears At Home Service.
