Scheduled service on line, tech arrived when he should. He inspected machine replaced some parts and ordered a couple of more. When they arrived they came back out just as promised.
I needed service on my cooktop. The part was ordered and the repair scheduled. The service personnel arrived on time and performed a flawless replacement. The price of the part would have been the same if I had ordered it on-line and I was willing to pay the service charge due to the complexity of the installation. We actually did not go through with having the repair done and here is why. The tech came, figured out the problem. He told me it would be almost $300 to fix it. Then he said he could sell me a warranty for $100 tell them it had just been a temperature problem and then I could just wait a few weeks and then call back and say the refrigerator was not working again and it would get fixed for free because of the warranty!!
