Angel was terrific and I dealt with her before. My warranty ran out back in March 2016 so I had to pay for a service call. I was disappointed that I could not get a discount on the service call as it took 5 minutes to determine the problem was a $400.00 repair for parts alone. Since that visit, I sold my set for $100.00 and bought a new set from Home Depot. I went to Home Depot as my new units were the same price as at Sears. Home Depot gave me an additional 10% off for being retired military. Sears would not match that.
What a treat to find a service that does what one expects! The service person had to make two visits, but the unit in need of repair is fully functional now and I am a happy camper!
Two repairmen showed up. One was in training. They were both very nice but the one who was doing the training was very knowledgable and seemed to go above and beyond to provide excellent service. Good experience!
Angel was very informative and on time. Very enjoyable person Helped me to understand the problem with my washer. Would certainly use Sears again
Angel was amazing. She really knows her appliances. Fabulous service. was there where she said she would be.
