Technician wasn’t interested in making a field repair after finding out that parts for a 1.5year old 16,500BTU GE A/C unit aren’t made or stocked by GE. I paid $119 for a service call for no effort on the technicians part
Great technician who quickly discovered and repaired the problem and charged a fair price for the repair.
The service technician was skilled and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and he represented his company well. AI inappropriately cancelled the work order and rescheduling was extremely frustrating. The AI system is NOT serving this company well at this point. It is extremely difficult to reach a live person to help overcome AI generated issues and even when doing so, it was made more difficult as the live agent didn't have access to screens needed for resolving issues.
