Our LG refrigerator stopped making ice. No one in Blacksburg, VA serviced LG appliances except Sears Appliance Repair located somewhere in West Virginia . I thought this was a good brand, BUT it is not. Our refrigerator was less than 2 years old . So, since no one else was available, we scheduled Sears Appliance repair to come. Technician wasn’t interested in making a field repair after finding out that parts for a 1.5year old 16,500BTU GE A/C unit aren’t made or stocked by GE. I paid $119 for a service call for no effort on the technicians part
