Roy was great! He called when he headed our direction and gave an ETA. Came in and fixed everything in about an hour!

The water he was expecting under the Refrigerator was left under the bottom drawers. Small crack on the bottom.
Made 4 appointments. They only showed up to two. Paid $400+ to repair a part on my washer to find out after they left it wasn’t actually fixed. Useless AI phone system provides no recourse or actual costumer service. Never again. Stay away.
