Roman was a fantastic technician! He was very courteous and professional. He was on-time and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
Sears service at the moment sucks! You cannot get a hold of a person to nail down a time ….they expect you to sit at home from 8 to 5 waiting on them. They cannot give you a smaller time window. This morning I got a text message. They’ll be here at 4 o’clock so I ran and did an errand for 45 minutes and lo and behold. They showed up in those 45 minutes and left because no one was at home. Then when I tried calling five times after that, nobody answered the phone!! Feeling very frustrated😬
Our service tech, Herman, is very knowledgeable and extremely polite!
