The technician was amazing. The overall service from Sears Appliance Repair was terrible. They cancelled on us 11 times and it took 2 months to get our dryer fixed. 1 technician put in a control board that was broken and another never examined the dryer and oredered parts that were not neede.
Was able to schedule an appointment right away. Friendly technician who was well-trained. This is the third time we've used this company. Highly recommend!!
