Michael S was the Sears technician who came to fix our dryer. He was very knowledgeable and after a couple of tests he knew exactly what was wrong. He ordered the part and had it delivered to our house, and within a few days when the part arrived, he came back and completed the job. He is an excellent technician. I was also impressed that I received texts regarding arrival time for the work to be done.
Our technician was awesome with our washer, but also with our 3 year old that wanted to talk to him the whole time he was here.
I've had two appointments cancled. this is the most pathetic bullshit company I've ever delt with. You've been paid now do the work.... better business bureau is gonna be involved. Fix what you were paid for. I see why you don't answer the phones. Buy the looks of these reviews. Fix what you got paid for
