These people and sears home protect are fraudsters. They Lie to your face saying a part is faulty when its proven to be fine. Once they have your card number your screwed, they will use it for anything and over charge, good luck getting your money back. Because its AI call center sears doesn't have a person to talk to. I'll start by saying the technicians were WONDERFUL! I had them come out to fix my Maytag dryer. They "figured out the issue" but wouldn't be able to get the part and get back to the house for a week and a half. I asked if they could give me the part number so I could just order it and my husband could replace the part so we wouldn't need to go that long without the dryer. They kindly did. Received the part today, replaced it, definitely didn't fix the issue. So $125 paid for the diagnostics for nothing.
Mike was absolutely wonderful! You should have a dozen just like him. Pleasant, polite and very respectful. Thanks Mike!!
