I'll start by saying the technicians were WONDERFUL! I had them come out to fix my Maytag dryer. They "figured out the issue" but wouldn't be able to get the part and get back to the house for a week and a half. I asked if they could give me the part number so I could just order it and my husband could replace the part so we wouldn't need to go that long without the dryer. They kindly did. Received the part today, replaced it, definitely didn't fix the issue. So $125 paid for the diagnostics for nothing.
