I could not control the temperature in my refrigerator. I would open it in the morning and it would be freezing in the refrigerator. I set the temperature to 40 degrees and sometimes 41 but it would still be freezing in the morning. The repairman said the flap on a vent behind the ice compartment was stuck open allowing cold air from the freezer to enter the refrigerator constantly. This is the 4th time I've had them to my house to fix the ice maker the day after they installed the new one. It is still freezing up and not working. So they never fixed it. I don't know what more to do. There's no number to call so I can't get a hold of anybody. + When I schedule the date to see if they could come in, they had no record of them coming to fix my refrigerator. I don't understand this whole process but I guess ai is running the world. If I could talk to a real person perhaps they could understand what's going... read more

Very personable and did the repair with a high knowledge of the part that was being repaired. The craft ice was the part replaced
