John was on time performed his duties in a good manner and created an appropriate estimate.
Since supplying so much requested information on problem, it would have been appreciated if likely parts were checked for availability before appointment.
The tech was fine. The lack of humans to deal with issues or answer questions was frustrating. Your AI is awful. The chat has too few options, the email link has a loop. You cannot ask for maintenance on an appliance. You say "yes" and nothing happens. Your voice AI doesn't get it right and you cannot correct her. Pitiful!!!!!
