The appointments are set by AI. No human contact. We set the appointment with a 9 hour window. Ridiculous No call no show. My apologies if this is viewed across Google, I would prefer only to Sears, but that option is not available that I've seen. The repair was made and time will tell how long it lasts. Sears Home Service never indicated to me of any warranty on the repair. The technician order the parts and the $358 part did not arrive.
