He was very Pleasant to talk too ! He fixed my dryer!
Fridge and freezer quit cooling. Had an appointment on Monday between 8 and 12. I received a text at 11:25 stating that they would not be able to come. Rescheduled the appointment for Tuesday between 8 and 12. Again I received a text at 11:30 stating they would not be able to come. They said I could reschedule for Friday same time. I wasted two mornings sitting around only to be canceled They should not make appointments if they can’t keep them. Lousy way to run a business
Very impressed with the service technician. Unfortunately not able to get our oven up, but still happy.
