I grade sears as very low review. Bought a washer and dryer front end loader brand new paid cash for it. Washer is messed up. Tried to get them to bring a new one out they want to charge me $75.00 to bring it. I feel that since Sears sold me a defective washer it is their responsibility to bring me a new one. Why would you want to have a suppose to be brand new washer fixed. It needs to be replaced and Sears responsibility to do so. I wouldn't recommend Sears to anyone.
