THE WORST! Had a 4 hr window to wait for dryer repairman. Sat here waiting all day and he never showed. The service dept. said he has reported he had come to the house but no one was home. He lied! The best they could do was reschedule for another appt. AT THE END OF THE LINE IN 5 DAYS! NO one to talk to - the repair "shop" does not have a phone number or any way to speak to someone actually in that department - just a call center in the Philippines who absolutely does not care about the customer or their service!
