I requested help for my refrigerator on Sunday and it was fixed by Wednesday!! The technician came out Monday and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part arrived Tuesday and the technician returned Wednesday. Very fast! Technician was friendly and professional.

Beware! This site is bogus and a fake. My scheduled time between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm today has expired. Updates throughout the day continued to extend the service time in increments of an hour or two, until I have now spent the entire day waiting for service and no one has shown up to repair my washing machine. There is no human contact when calling and the information is outdated, even giving a reference to Kmart that no longer exists!
