I reached out to sears being website said authorized certified samsung repairs. It thought meant they worked with samsung and warranties for 5 year sealed system and compressors. Apparently they don't work with samsung and should change wording on website. Guy came inside house literally 5 minutes took temp of inside fridge clicked button for codes on inside no coded took back piece off no codes. Said very hot in back of fridge probably compressor.
