Not happy first appointment no one showed up.,came today and fixed machine, still making horrible sound please note this problem .:in case it stops working.,also, it’s been horrible customer service= Since day one. I think I should be reimbursed for $100.00 I paid for tech to come out.
Chris did an excellent job and very industrious to his task. Not to mention his professional conduct while here on site!
I requested help for my dishwasher since it is not cleaning my dishes. Eduardo was able to diagnose the problem after removing parts and running dishwasher. The motor is no longer working and unfortunately they no longer carry that part. I have insurance on my appliances so hopefully I will be able to get a new dishwasher soon.
