Explained the issues well and tested everything.
The repairman was on time and very helpful. The dryer is only 4 years old, but was making a rattling sound. What is probably common procedure, he made a suggestion which would have included a year long warranty contract for appliances and then parts and labor for the dryer for him to return to fix the dryer before he even took the dryer apart. Your Tech. was great. He arrived, and I told him: 1. I had electrical service to my dryer...2. I told him the filter was clean...3..I told him the exhaust hose was not kinked...4. I told him the air blowing out of the dryer was strong and hot....5. I told him I thought the exhaust vent on the roof was clogged.....He told me he's not allowed on the roof and he charged me $$70.00, have a nice day. You have the gull to charge me $70.00 for doing nothing...where does it say you won't clean the vent on the roof.
