This company is pathetic. If you have an issue it will tell you to call them if you have a problem. When you call their AI response will advise you that you can not talk to a real person to work through a problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they will waste your time only to not show up and you can not talk to a human to resolve issues. ************HORRIBLE COMPANY*******
Very bad company. I have waited 3 days to only to have this company cancel and not able to speak to somebody about it. Do not purchase the warranty and if you're under a manufacturer's warranty request for a different company because this company does not care about its customers.
The tech was very knowable and thorough. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make the needed repair. However, customer service at their office sucks. It's only an AI computer. You can't even ask for a human. My tech was very late and I tried calling to see if I could reschedule without a charge because I had an appointment scheduled 2 hours after his arrival time and with him being so late I was concerned about making it to my appointment. It's impossible to talk to an actual representative for this company even when directed. This company will over promise / under deliver and never show up. Find any other company but this one.
