Aundray, lthe technician was great. The service was through an appliance extended warranty policy. After 30 days of waiting for parts and personnel issues, it is now fixed.
Aundray was great! The cost to repair was a bit much so I chose to do the repair ourselves. Still had to pay the $141 Diagnostic fee.
Matthew was great! Very professional and personable.
