Would give 0 stars if possible. What an absolute joke. You literally cannot talk to a live person. I needed to ask a few questions before scheduling a repair, and nope you can only talk with a virtual agent to schedule. So, fine, I decided I would just go and talk to someone in person.....Nope. Their address is incorrect and when u go to that location its just the middle of the street. So much for using a local business to fix my oven
Both technicians were professional and knowledgable. They did help me realize that the problem was not repairable due to EPA regulations affecting water usage.
