He was very prompt, polite and completed the repair quickly!
As usual, my technician was awesome and extremely helpful! And did I mention, all business till after the job was done!! I really, really like this technician !!!
Not impressed at all with this company. First scheduled repair was cancelled the morning of the repair. The second scheduled appointment, they just didn’t show up. No notification at all that they weren’t coming. When the repairmen finally showed up to replace the heat pump of my washer/dryer combo, they left the old heat pump, which was large and heavy, on my front porch. They also did not balance my machine before leaving. It was so out of balance, it nearly walked out of the laundry room. Very poor customer service.
